User Data Deletion

Last updated September 28, 2026. This page explains how to delete EJYNTRA workspace data, revoke connected-service access, and understand records that may be retained when required by law or security obligations.

01

Delete your workspace data

Sign in to EJYNTRA and open Settings > Data & integrations. The workspace owner must reauthenticate, enter the required confirmation phrase “DELETE WORKSPACE”, and submit the deletion request. EJYNTRA then queues the request for durable processing.

Open Data & integrations

02

What happens after you submit

Deletion is processed asynchronously. EJYNTRA verifies that the requester is the workspace owner, rechecks active legal holds, deletes the workspace through the canonical data model, and records limited verification evidence so completion can be audited without preserving raw workspace content in the deletion evidence.

03

Connected services

Disconnect Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or any other connected provider if you want to revoke EJYNTRA's future access immediately. Workspace deletion removes EJYNTRA-side connection records covered by the deletion workflow, but a third-party provider may retain information under its own policy. Use that provider's account controls for provider-side deletion when required.

04

Legal holds and limited retention

An active legal hold can delay deletion. EJYNTRA may also retain limited records when required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, financial obligations, or audit evidence. These exceptions do not authorize continued ordinary use of deleted workspace content.

05

If you cannot access your account

Use EJYNTRA's Help Center or your organization's designated EJYNTRA support channel. A deletion request made outside the authenticated workspace must be identity-verified before it can be accepted.

Meta User Data Deletion

For an EJYNTRA app configured in Meta, this page can be used as the User Data Deletion Instructions URL. Users who connected a Meta service can revoke the connection and then request workspace deletion using the steps above.
