Privacy Policy

Last updated September 28, 2026. This policy explains how EJYNTRA processes information when you use the service, create or manage a workspace, connect external services, and direct Superintelligence workers to perform work.

01

Scope and information we process

EJYNTRA may process account and profile information, workspace configuration, worker settings, knowledge and uploaded content, conversations and work records, connection metadata, security and audit events, and billing or subscription information needed to operate the service.

02

How information is used

Information is used to provide and secure EJYNTRA, authenticate users, execute user-directed work, maintain workspace state, provide support and billing, detect abuse or security issues, and improve service reliability. Processing is limited to purposes reasonably connected to operating the service and the actions you authorize.

03

Superintelligence providers and connected services

When you connect a service or authorize a worker to use a provider, EJYNTRA may transmit the information necessary to complete that action to the configured provider. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Disconnecting a service stops future EJYNTRA use of that connection.

04

Sharing and disclosures

EJYNTRA may disclose information to infrastructure, payment, communications, model, and integration providers when necessary to deliver the service; to workspace administrators according to their permissions; or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and security, investigate abuse, or complete a lawful business transfer.

05

Retention and deletion

Workspace owners can request workspace deletion from Settings > Data & integrations after reauthentication. EJYNTRA processes deletion through a durable workflow and may delay or retain limited records when an active legal hold or another applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, financial, or audit obligation requires it. See the User Data Deletion page for instructions.

06

Security and access controls

EJYNTRA uses workspace roles, scoped permissions, reauthentication for sensitive data actions, connection controls, audit records, and operational safeguards to reduce unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect credentials and grant only the access required for intended work.

07

Your choices and data rights

Eligible workspace roles can export workspace data, manage connections and permissions, and request deletion. Depending on applicable law, individuals may also have rights to access, correct, object to, restrict, or request deletion of personal information. Requests must be verified before EJYNTRA acts on them.

08

International processing and changes

EJYNTRA and configured providers may process information in countries other than the user's country, subject to their infrastructure and applicable safeguards. EJYNTRA may update this policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change; the current version and update date will be published on this page.

09

Contact and requests

For privacy questions, account-access issues, or verified data-rights requests, contact contact@ejyntra.com or use the authenticated Data & integrations controls in your workspace. Requests involving personal data are verified before action.
