Terms of Service
Last updated September 28, 2026. These Terms govern access to and use of EJYNTRA, including workspaces, Superintelligence workers, connected services, automation, communications, and related platform features.
Agreement and authority
By creating an account, accepting access to a workspace, or using EJYNTRA, you agree to these Terms. If you use EJYNTRA for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization and to grant the permissions and connected-service access you configure.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, using accurate account information, protecting authentication factors, and promptly addressing suspected unauthorized access. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate member and worker permissions.
Superintelligence workers and human supervision
Superintelligence-generated output and automated actions can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for deciding when human review, approval, professional advice, or additional verification is required before relying on an output or authorizing a consequential action.
Your content and instructions
You retain responsibility for the content, data, instructions, knowledge, and credentials you provide or connect. You grant EJYNTRA the limited permission necessary to host, process, transmit, transform, and use that material solely to operate the service, execute authorized work, maintain security, and satisfy applicable obligations.
Connected services
Third-party services, model providers, communications platforms, and other integrations remain subject to their own terms, availability, limits, and privacy practices. You are responsible for obtaining any rights, notices, or consents required before EJYNTRA accesses or acts through those services.
Acceptable use
You may not use EJYNTRA to violate applicable law, infringe another person's rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, bypass provider restrictions, misrepresent authorization, or direct workers to perform activity that you are not permitted to perform yourself. EJYNTRA may restrict abusive or unsafe use.
Subscriptions, billing, and taxes
Paid plans, usage limits, prices, billing periods, renewals, and checkout terms are shown in the applicable pricing or authenticated billing experience. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for maintaining a valid payment method when a paid service requires one. Additional written order terms may apply to enterprise arrangements.
Service changes, suspension, and termination
EJYNTRA may change, add, or discontinue features as the platform evolves. Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, provider restrictions, or material violations of these Terms. Workspace owners may request deletion through the published User Data Deletion process.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EJYNTRA is provided on an as-available basis and does not guarantee that every output, integration, provider, or automated action will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Additional terms and updates
Mandatory law and any signed enterprise agreement, order form, or provider-specific requirement may create additional obligations. If EJYNTRA updates these Terms, the current version and update date will be published here. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
